We were getting a bit careless with noise and camera flashes and suddenly we heard what could have been hurried footsteps, which we pictured as somebody rushing round trying to find us. We discussed the various options open to us, such as run, hide, surrender, but we just stood motionless hoping they would go away. Eventually the sound stopped, it might be that it wasn't footsteps at all, we'll never know, but it had us worried.
