Current schemes include both the design and project management of 82 apartments and offices
on the former Shoe-Co site in Mansfield and 195 'eco' homes on Sherwood Energy Village,
all designed to high environmental standards.

Other projects include a 52 unit scheme in a sensitive conservation and
Unesco world heritage site in Belper and various other brownfield
regeneration schemes.

JDA are licensed BRE 'ECO-Homes' assessors and can work with clients or
other designers to assess and provide ECo-Homes ratings.
