PLANNING SUPERVISION

JDA is ideally placed to assist with the planning supervisory role. We liaise with all parties involved to ensure that required health & Safety (CDM) regulations are adhered to. It is in your interests to ensure that the health & safety aspects of your project are efficiently monitored. The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994 gives clients a statutory responsibility to appoint a competent planning supervisor. In the event of an accident, you must prove compliance with statutory regulations. The planning supervisor is responsible for co-ordinating all health and safety aspects of the design and planning phase of a project.
