Where a large number of projects comprise
of high quality design and build packages or of a complex nature we can
act as construction managers, in co-ordinating both the design and
construction activities of all trade contractors.
During the contract programme we are able to monitor and control closely
all aspects of cost, time and quality while keeping close links between
trade contractors and the client.
