CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS

1.         A stamped addressed envelope and the appropriate Entry Fee must accompany the entry form otherwise entries will not be acknowledged.

2.         SOFT SPIKES must be worn (no steel spikes).

3.         The 18-hole Competition will be played under the rules of the R&A, LGU and local rules.

4.            Competitors must be genuine amateur members of a recognised golf club.

5.            Competitors may be asked for verification of handicaps.

6.         A Competitor may only win one prize.

7.            Competitors are required to observe High Legh Park Golf Club dress regulations.

            Dress Rules for Golf Course

            .   Golf Shoes with soft spikes only to be worn

            .   Trousers or tailored Shorts

            .   Shirts with Collars only to be worn and tucked in

            Dress Rules for Bar/Restaurant

            The following and prohibited in the bar/restaurant area:-

            .   Golf Shoes

            .   Waterproof/Soiled Clothing

            .   Denim Jeans

            .   Collarless Shirts/Football Shirts

            .   Hats/Caps

8.         All disputes shall be settled by the Competitions Committee; their decision shall be final.  In the event of a tie or ties, net prize will be by card playoff back nine, back six, last three, last two and last hole.
