Dean Evans BSc (Hons) MRICS also joined in May 2003 as a senior surveyor.  Dean’s career has included posts at English Partnerships, Liverpool City Council and more latterly Insignia Richard Ellis where Dean undertook Portfolio Management for major clients including UCI Cinemas, Merseyside Pension Fund and MEPC, on properties throughout the UK.  Dean is now responsible for the investment and asset management of retained Keppie Massie clients.  The management portfolio includes the Port of Liverpool Building, one of Liverpool’s “Three Graces”.
