Laurence, Scott & Electromotors manufacture and distribute the NECO range of low power industrial electric motors, previously sold by the Normand Electrical Company.

NECO motors cover the range 0.09-1.5kW with no-load speeds from 0.1 to 8000 rpm. Available in 1- and 3-phase AC, or permanent magnet/wound field 12-80V DC types, these motors can be supplied suitable for direct load connection or fitted with a range of in-line or right-angled gearboxes. There is also a range of DC Thyristor and PWM speed controllers.
