Welcome to "The Annex - Springdale" website. The newly built Annex at Springdale is situated in Cove, a rural hamlet nestled in the heart of the beautiful Mid-Devon countryside of the Exe Valley. The river is only a few hundred metres from the property. Springdale itself is a large house overlooking 12 acres of its own meadows and woodland. The property is only a short drive away from Exmoor, Dartmoor, the north Devon and Somerset coasts and many other pretty areas of Mid-Devon. |

The Annex is accessed from the rear of the house into a Utility Room, with space for leaving coats, boots, etc. A staircase leads to the Annex, which is completely self-contained and is ideal for self-catering holidays, being rated as 4-star accommodation by Visit Britain. |
