A truely delicious mild soft goat's milk cheese from Spain; served with walnuts and membrillo.

VERDURAS Y ENSALADAS - VEGETABLE DISHES AND SALADS

Traditionally cured Spanish olives marinated in extra virgin olive oil. Choose green, black or mixed.

Roasted and salted Marcona almonds imported from Spain.

Saffron rice is eaten at special occasions throughout the Muslim world and southern Spain. Subtly scented with butter, spice, pistachio nuts and raisins.

Sliced fresh aubergine tossed in seasoned flour and fried. Served drizzled with Spanish thyme honey (optional) and a sprinkle of sea salt from Sanlucar.

Mushrooms cooked with onion, thyme and paprika, finished with Oloroso sherry and cream.

Green leaves with fruit and nuts. Dressed with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and Spanish sea salt.

A popular Andalusian mix of cickpeas and spinach with Moroccan spice flavours.

Fresh Palourdes clams from France, (sometimes surf clams from Cornwall,) cooked to order with pancetta, garlic and dry Fino sherry. A reminder of lunch by the sea!

Fresh mussels from Cornwall or Scotland (depending on the weather)cooked with white wine and garlic, tomato sauce, or luxuriously with saffron and cream.

Fresh Cornish rock oysters opened for you to order. Try a taste of the sea!.

Fresh tiny white fish, lightly dusted and deep fried - these are caught on the tide and only available in winter and spring. Served with lemon, Spanish sea salt and a salad garnish.

Roasted piquillo peppers stuffed with our own version of the classic mix of salt cod and potato. Served with piquillo pepper sauce.

Our delicious freshly baked bread is essential for mopping up those juices!

Choose from extra virgin olive oil, alioli (garlic & lemon mayonnaise) or saffron mayonnaise.

These special olive oil crackers are made in Seville – flavoured with sesame and fennel. Semi-sweet, they are equally delicious with cheese, ice-cream, or just with coffee!
