CARNES - MEAT BASED DISHES

Traditional pork and beef meatballs in a home made tomato sauce flavoured with sweet paprika.

Soft chorizo (paprika sausage)gently fried then flamed with red wine.

Fresh Iberian morcilla sausage (black pudding) served on toast with roasted pepper garnish.

Spanish cured cold meats - Chorizo, Salchichon (salami) and Lomo (pork loin) with pickles.

Tender Spanish broad beans cooked Catalan style with morcilla (Spanish black pudding), garlic and tomato. (And yes, we can still do them with diced bacon instead, if you prefer!)

Traditionally cured Spanish ham from Segovia, carved from the bone

A mixed tapa of Serrano ham and salty Zamorana cheese - perfect for the indecisive!

HUEVOS Y QUESOS - EGGS AND CHEESE

An award winning Manchego like sheep's milk cheese from Asturias. Served with membrillo, a special quince paste.

A selection of three Spanish cheeses: mild blue La Peral, Mahon from Majorca and Zamorana from Asturias. With membrillo, a special quince paste.

A truely delicious mild soft goat's milk cheese from Spain; served with walnuts and membrillo.

Soft scrambled free range eggs (2) cooked to order with one of the following combinations:
green beans & chorizo; smoked salmon & asparagus; panceta (bacon)& red peppers; green beans & red pepper(v), mushrooms & chives(v), habas & panceta

Traditional Spanish omelette cooked in the pan with organic free range eggs, onion and potato

VERDURAS Y ENSALADAS - VEGETABLE DISHES AND SALADS

Sliced fresh aubergine tossed in seasoned flour and fried. Served drizzled with Spanish thyme honey (optional) and a sprinkle of sea salt from Sanlucar.

Mushrooms cooked with onion, thyme and paprika, finished with Oloroso sherry and cream.

Green leaves with fruit and nuts. Dressed with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and Spanish sea salt.

Chunky potatoes roasted in olive oil and then baked in our own spicy tomato and paprika sauce.

Savoury Spanish pardina lentils, within a ring of basmati rice dressed with olive oil - a traditional dish which commemorates the siege of Granada - the Moors surrounded by the Christians!

Creamy Spanish chickpeas, with fresh spinach and Moroccan spices .

PESCADOS Y MARISCOS - FISH AND SEAFOOD

A popular Spanish combination of texture and flavour: salted anchovies with Zamorana cheese.

Deep fried calamares (squid) rings, garnished with lemon

Peeled prawns sautéed in lashings of extra virgin olive oil with garlic & chilli.

A ‘marriage’ of two kinds anchovies from Cantabria: silver marinated Boquerones and salted red Anchoas.

‘Divorce’ your anchovies and choose your favourite kind on their own! – Boquerones or Anchoas.

Tiny white "cucumber fish", caught on the tide and delivered fresh to Los Gatos, where we dust them with seasoned semolina and deep fry them. Served with saffron mayo for dipping.

OTRAS - OTHERS

Traditionally cured Spanish olives marinated in extra virgin olive oil. Choose green, black or mixed.

Roasted and salted Marcona almonds imported from Spain.

Our delicious freshly baked bread is essential for mopping up those juices!

Choose from extra virgin olive oil, alioli (garlic & lemon mayonnaise) or saffron mayonnaise.

These special olive oil crackers are made in Seville – flavoured with sesame and fennel. Semi-sweet, they are equally delicious with cheese, ice-cream, or just with coffee!
