- Dr Price is a
Board member of the Development
Trust Association Wales and Social Firms Wales
- He is Chair of the Institute of
Fundraising Cymru, and a UK Trustee of the Institute.
- He is Vice Chair of the BBC
Wales Charity Advisory Forum
- Dr Price is a Chartered
Statistician, a member of the Operational
Research Society and a member of the Institute
of Management Consultancy .
- Dr Price had sixteen years experience at a senior
level in the commercial sector with British
Gas plc, acting as an internal consultant on Operational Research
projects, Corporate Planning, Business Strategies, Management
Buy-Outs and managed the Information Technology Centre for British Gas in

Chair of Governors of St Richard
Gwyn Roman Catholic High School in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, South
Wales, is Chair of the Vale of Glamorgan School Governors Association, is
Vice Chair of the Schools Commission of the Archdiocese
of Cardiff and was for six years a member of the Court and Council of
the University of Wales Aberystwyth.
- Dr Price is Chair of Pack-It Product Promotions Ltd, a
social firm which employs people with learning difficulties. Pack-It is a
Mailing and Fulfilment business with a long list of blue-chip clients
including the Western Mail, The National Assembly for Wales and the
Chambers of Commerce in Wales.
Pack-It has moved into the internet fulfilment with a number of
clients. It was UK Social Enterprise of the year 2003 and European Social
Firm of the Year 2005
- Dr Price was
for three years a trustee of ABCD – a charity based in Cardiff which helps
black and ethnic minority children with disabilities and chronic
illnesses.
