XRF disposable cell separator.
Our first product is a die to separate XRF disposable sample cups allowing them to be reused with an obvious cost advantage. A range of sizes are available to suit popular disposable cup dimensions or a purpose built device can be engineered to suit the cups you use.

Patents applied for.

XRD specimen press.
We also make a manual press for XRD back loading specimen holders. Coupled with an off the shelf torque wrench your specimens will be more consistent.

XRF Sample Locator System.
A set of perspex nested rings to allow specimen diameters of 37.0mm, 34.5mm and 16.0mm to be centrally located in a standard XRF specimen holders. Bespoke sizes can be made to suit your requirements or specific specimen cups.

XRD Standard Mounting.
We can offer a custom fit service for solid samples or low background substrates into your specimen mounts. This is particularly useful for automated sample changers. All you need to do is supply us with the standard and mount and we will cut to size, fit to the holder and ensure a flat and level surface. A NIST corundum plate (SRM1976) is often used to calibrate and check intensities for XRD measurements. BUREAU OF ANALYSED SAMPLES LTD in the UK can supply this standard. Some information on its use can be found on the British Crystallographic Association web site.

Bespoke Engineering Service.

We also offer a bespoke engineering service to supply the things you need to suit your special requirements. Non-standard sample holders are a favourite.
