Terms and Conditions of Job Submission 

1) TERMS
“Client” 

The Person to whom the Company introduces or supplies the Permanent Worker

“The Company” 

Drive Personnel Limited of Unit 2B, Knowle Lane, Fair Oak, Eastleigh SO50 7DX

“Fees”

The fees to be paid by the Client to the Company under these Terms and Conditions “Person”  Any person, partnership, company or other organisation

“The Services”  

The services to be performed by a Permanent Worker for the Client

2) GENERAL
2.1  

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client in relation to the supply of the Permanent Worker by the Company to the Client for the purpose of the permanent engagement by the Client of the Permanent Worker to provide the Services.  Any other terms and conditions (including, without limitation, any terms and conditions of the Client) are specifically excluded

2.2 

These Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be accepted by the Client upon the earlier of signature by the Client, receipt by the Client from the Company of details about the Permanent Worker, or the commencement of the Assignment by the Permanent Worker.

2.3 

No variation or alteration to these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless expressly agreed in writing

2.4

In the event of the Client employing or otherwise engaging any person introduced by Drive Personnel at any time during or within eight weeks following the end of any advert placed, the Client will pay to the Company at the time the Client employs or engages the candidate £350.00.

2.5

The Client shall pay all Fees due to the Company under these terms and  conditions without set-off, in pounds sterling within 14 days of receiving an    invoice from the Company for such Fees.

3) ENFORCEABILITY
3.1

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and enforceable by English law.

3.2

The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of these Terms and Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder
