sees the 40th anniversary of the Somerville Gentlemen's Band's LP "Far
From Home", coinciding with the 40th anniversary of the Warwick Folk
Festival. To celebrate the occasion, all members of the band, past and
present, will appear on the same stage for the first time in many a
long year, along with some special guests. For more information

Somerville Gentlemen's Band 40th Anniversary Concert - September 21st, 2019
To celebrate the 40th anniversary, original members Martin Cole and Dan
Dorning are joining the current line-up of Ted Crum, Jem Patterson and
Phil Ferrar, with new Harbury Gent, Peter McDonald, for a 40th
Anniversary Jubilee concert on Saturday 21st September at the Bridge House Theatre, Warwick, at 7:30pm.

The Gentlemen cordially invite you to accompany them on this historical
musical tour of songs and stories from their 40-year journey. "We want

Festival of Voices – October 5th, 2019
Once again, Harbury Folk Club Choir has been invited to take part in the 'Festival of Voices' in Warwick Hall on October 5th, 2019.
We shall be joining six other choirs, 250 singers in total,
demonstrating the diversity of choral singing in the area. For

Folk Club's 'Elements' Concert - January 26th, 2019
the success of our seven previous annual concerts, Harbury
Folk Club presented another sell-out concert in Harbury Village
Hall on Saturday 26th January 2019. The performers were the Harbury Folk Club Choir and
The Harvesters, Ted & Sue Crum, Maureen Darby, Peter
McDonald, Pete & Liz Bones, Rumble-o, Morris Oxford and the Daft Dames with MC,
Ellis. In total, the eight Folk Club concerts have now raised well over £6000 for Harbury Village Hall.
Christmas Eve Carol Service
For the 32nd successive year, the Harbury Folk Club Choir
contributed two carols to the Carol Service in Harbury Church, on
December 24th. This year, the songs were the traditional 'My
Dancing Day' followed by 'For to us a Child is Born' from the musical
'The Inn Crowd' by Roger Jones.
