Perhaps 'deli' doesn't do justice to the range of other products we now sell. We stock items that complement our meats - ingredients for meat dishes, accompaniments to them, the nibbles, hors d'oeuvres, cheese and dessert courses that complete the meal. Plus of course cooked meats for a quick lunch for the cook.

• French charcuterie - jars of confit, rillettes and goose fat
• Breads of all sorts
• Cheeses according to season
• Oils - olive, grapeseed etc
• Vinegars - balsamic, sherry, interesting French flavoured vinegars
• Fresh pesto
• Store-cupboard items like sauces, pickles, French sea salt
• Wild mushrooms in season, including truffles
• Fresh vegetables, herbs and salad ingredients
• Olives - many different varieties

Many of these items come from specialist suppliers - to find them all under one roof is very rare.

We do a roaring trade at lunchtimes in our freshly prepared baguettes. They're a great favourite with the local shop and office workers.
