Shipping And Handling

'FREE UK Delivery' is only available to UK Mainland (excluding Northern Scotland). Please contact for delivery prices for other postcodes and locations.

We will despatch orders which are in stock within two working business days if not sooner.

For same day despatch, orders and payment need to be completed by mid-day.

There will be no Saturday deliveries unless agreed with us in advance, an extra fee will be incured for this service. Hence orders received on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday at the earliest.

All orders will need to be signed for on receipt, otherwise they will be returned to us which will then incure another delivery charge which will be passed to the customer.

As some of our products are very large items they may be delivered on a large truck. Please inform us of any delivery addresses which are inaccesable by large lorries as other arrangements will have to be made in advance.

Deliveries will not take place on any Bank Holidays.

Collection of orders from our warehouse in Stroud is fine during our opening hours, please contact us in advance of purchase to avoid delivery charges.
