Salt Dough is the art of mixing salt and dough (yes it is a bit obvious, but it needs explaining!) and then when you have mixed them, you paint them and add colour and make whatever you want really. It makes what could be a normal painting, more 3-D and gives it more texture.

Our kids created small people and animals, also we used little templates to give them other designs to paint, like stars or circles.
