NT MOTORSPORT

This site was established in April 2003 to publicise and promote the activities of NT Motorsport and its sponsors.

NT Motorsport was formed in 2002 by Terry Nowlan and Nick Barrington as a sporting partnership, with the initial objective to build a Historic Stage Rally car and compete in the 2003 MSA British Historic Rally Championship.

We spent most of 2002 building a Ford Escort Mk1 RS1600 to period works specification, and in 2003 competed in all eight rounds of the MSA British Historic Rally Championship, finishing the season 20th overall, and 7th in class.  During 2004 and 2004 we once again competed in selected rounds of the MSA British Historic Rally Championship.  More recently, during 2006 we competed in the HRCR Northern Historic Rally Championship , winning two rounds and ultimately finishing the Championship 1st in class / 2nd overall (driver) and 1st in class / 1st overall  (co-driver) .

During 2007, time and sponsorship permitting, we plan to compete once again in the HRCR Northern Historic Rally Championship and the Roger Albert Clark Rally.  Although we still seek additional sponsors for the 2007 season, we are pleased to confirm that we will be supported by:
