This is Boo! He's a lovely gentle and timid
wee soul. He was found as a stray. We're not sure if he was an
escapee, but we doubt it as nobody has reported him missing. When he
came into CARROT, we had to rush him to the vet as he required immediate
surgery to remove a huge tumour from his testicle, and he was castrated at
the same time. We suspect he had been dumped because he was in need of
veterinary treatment. Personally, I cannot understand how someone
could keep a bunny for as long as his previous owner did, and just not care
enough to have him treated for cancer.
This the tumour Boo! had when we found him:

Now, however, he is bright, inquisitive and
relaxed. He will let you pick him up, but he's still a bit nervous if
you hold him for too long. This may change through more handling and
cuddling.
We think that Boo! is an older bun and really
really deserves to have a loving forever home. He's a good boy and
eats all his food and munches happily on hay. His favourite pastime is
to doze in his outdoor hay box and watch the world go by.
Do you dare to let Boo! into your heart
and give him the life he so deserves?
