A Rabbit's Christmas

  MacGregor

This is MacGregor, he's quite a big bunny, but very friendly.  We have been told he is approximately 2 years old, and he has now been vaccinated and neutered.  We're not entirely convinced he enjoys living outdoors so we're going to try having him as a housebun for a while, with daily exercise outdoors in a secure run.  He doesn't like being picked up very much, but he will tolerate it for a wee while which is enough to do a quick bum check and get a wee cuddle!

He's starting to get a bit fed up now, but enjoys watching all the other buns at CARROT.  He now needs that 'special someone' to give him the one to one love and attention he deserves.  Do you fit the bill?

Update:  MacGregor's final forever home was with us.  He developed a number of health problems and we decided to keep him for ourselves.  MacGregor became a houserabbit and had a wonderful time getting into mischief indoors.  He learned to love being picked up and cuddled, and often sat beside us on the sofa to watch television.

His health problems were a bit of a mystery and we had several tests carried out to see if we could find the root of the problem, nothing was found.  MacGregor went home to Rainbow Bridge very suddenly, leaving us devastated and heartbroken.  In an attempt to find out how he died, we had a post mortem carried out and as a result, the vet discovered a twisted colon which blocked off blood supplies, nothing could have been done to save him.

~ Binky free sweetheart, no more sore tummies or sneezes, just happiness and healthiness, we will always love you and remember you.  Till we meet again son, take care and tell all the spirit buns we miss them so ~
