This is Truffle, she's a houserabbit.  Truffle was born 31st August 2003 and she came to us in February 2004 after her owner had been threatened with eviction if she didn't get rid of the rabbit.  She arrived with all her toys, her indoor cage, her cover, and her food.  She'd been well loved and cared for but she was a bit overweight.  Truffle had never been outdoors to play til she arrived at C.A.R.R.O.T., that was a new experience for her and a bit scarey! 

Truffle is hyperactive, she acts like a mountain goat and thinks she can sit on your shoulder like a parrot.  She's also very vocal.  These characteristics may change once she's been spayed.  Truffle enjoys human company and will readily lie down by your side for petting if you sit on the floor.  She also enjoys being brushed. 

Update: Truffle has now been spayed and vaccinated.  Can you offer her a loving home?

Now rehomed to a lovely couple in Cambuslang who already have a very handsome bun called Bambi.  It's hoped that the two rabbits can be introduced to each other in the near future.
