At the normal operating temperature these ovens can cook the perfect 12" pizza in less than two minutes.
The largest oven can handle 18/20 12" pizzas meaning a capacity of more than 600 pizzas per hour.
Ovens are available from 100cm internal diameter to 180cm.
The GR range are available in "kit" form for installation in a housing of your own design or
the OT range come preassembled for instant installation. The OT oven is large heavy item access for a forklift or crane is necessary during installation.
A range of accessories including 3 piece paddle and brush set, fire dogs for the logs, infra red thermometers and heat resistant gloves.
Flue options are available, including for smokeless areas although approval is a decision for your local council.
