This is a family sized oven at the top of the range of domestic ovens. It features a hinged door and much larger mouth opening than the Speciale oven. Internal diameters of 100cm and 120cm are available. We stock the 100cm oven the 120cm is available to order.

The 100cm oven can cook up to five 12" pizza's at a time and is large enough to take a reasonable sized baking tray and still have room for a couple of pizza's.

Remember as well as cooking the perfect pizza your oven will also be able to cook anything which can be cooked in a conventional oven or a barbecue. For example we have cooked; Full Xmas Dinner (18lb turkey & 3lb roast beef), roast pork, fish, stews, bread, bread & butter pudding & rhubarb crumble.

The oven is simple to install for anyone competent at DIY or we do offer a full installation service.

Your price includes; the oven floor, oven dome, pre-fabricated arch, ceramic door, log rack, paddle and brush set, refractory cement and installation instructions. Delivery is approx £185 dependent on distance from Preston Lancashire.
