HOME WHO WE ARE WHAT WE DO WHO USES US
|
PR for the IT industryOur founder launched the world's first online bank in 1985, long before most people had heard of the internet. Called HOBS, it was devised by the Bank of Scotland and was the subject of the first of the BBC's flagship programmes devoted to just one topic. She left the Bank of Scotland to work for ICL computers in 1986 and our ability to communicate complex technical information clearly finds ways to engage the end use. Under-pinning our technical communications clarity is a unique system of questionnaires and checklists allied to over 20 years of sector experience. We have worked for a dynamic mix of blue chips and fast-growing IT companies on media relations, media training, DVDs, roadshows, copy-writing and customer communications. We have naturally nurtured relationships with key journalists and broadcasters and staying broadly abreast of the key sector developments. Recent PHPR clients have included ScotlandIS, the Scottish software trade body and Iizuka. Telecoms clients include BT. Ecommerce clients include Shopfitter.com and straddling the finance and IT sector: Nochex, the UK's leading independent online payment processor. |
