Having come out of large corporate bodies, we understand how they work and the problems they face trying to be flexible and effective. We work with change management consultants to accelerate change by creating DVD visions of the future, to help the people involved at all levels understand what the change will mean, so they can start to make it happen. A key difference between us and ordinary production companies is that we are used to working with corporate values and we use BBC suppliers to emulate BBC production values that everyone can relate to.

We are also good collaborative team players and can act as a project resource for established PR deparments and other PR agencies when things threaten to fall off the end of a desk.
