| Cancellations |
In the event of cancellation, we regret that one day’s tariff will be charged if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival. This will of course be waived if the room is relet. |

Maybe required and are non-refundable. |
| Breakfast |
Continental style breakfast is included in the tariff or a delicious free-range full English breakfast is £7 extra per person. |
| Children |
We have one family room, which consists of a king-size bed & 2 single beds. A travel cot is available if required. |
| Smoking |
All our bedrooms are non-smoking, but smoking is permitted in the lounge area. |
| Beverages |
A welcome tea/coffee and biscuits is freshly made complimentary on the 1st day of your arrival. Thereafter, it's chargeable at £2.50 per person. |
| Liquor |
We do not have a licence, but we are right next door to the One Pin pub! |

There are several good restaurants to suit every pocket within a 3 mile radius. |
