Your instructor will do everything possible to ensure that your lessons start and finish on time, but reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change lesson lengths and times under certain circumstances (e.g. bad weather conditions/traffic congestion etc).

Every effort will be made by Pegasus Driving School to inform you at the soonest opportunity of any changes.

In the event of changes made by the instructor, lesson fees paid in advance, or an appropriate portion thereof, will be carried forward with no loss to the pupil.

Tuition fees are payable in advance. Late payment without prior consent of Pegasus Driving School will incur a charge of 2.00 per hour (pro rata). If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, you must give a minimum of 24 hours notice for a single lesson of up to 2 hours. Longer lessons need a minimum of 48 hours notice. If the appropriate cancellation notice is not received, you will be held liable for that lesson's fee.

Tuition fees can be paid in cash or cheque (Cheques can be made payable to Nigel Todd or Pegasus Driving School). A receipt will always be available on request.

You must only book a practical test under advice from your instructor. If you proceed to book a practical test against the advice of your instructor, your instructor may withhold the use of the car for your test.

If you try to book a practical test, and a test date is available within 10 clear working days, you must phone to check with your instructor before booking the test. This is to make sure the instructor and the vehicle are available.

In certain circumstances your instructor may, at any time prior to your test, withdraw the use of the car for your test. This would normally only be done as a matter of safety, and is at your instructor's sole discretion. You will be given a full explanation and as much notice as possible.

Your instructor will do everything possible to help you to reach test standard as soon as possible. At no time will your instructor recommend that you need extra lessons if you do not need them. You must, however, respect the judgement of your instructor if they think you are not ready for your test.

Any fixed prices or special offers may be changed and/or withdrawn at any time, without prior notice.

Your instructor will conduct himself professionally at all times, and has agreed to abide by the DSA Code of Conduct (A copy of which is available on request)
