About Us
We have run our home as a guesthouse since 2002, although it has been Anne's family home from birth. Since then we have met many wonderful people from all over the world and from all walks of life, taking great pleasure from making their stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
We have two fantastic children (well, adults really!) Jennifer and Andrew, as well as a very friendly cat, Patch. Jennifer is at Plymouth University, reading Business Studies, Andrew is at College studying for his 'A' Levels. Patch? Well she's just Patch!
We pride ourselves on offering all guests a very warm welcome, clean and comfortable accommodation and great food. We have very good local knowledge and are always willing to help out in the planning of trips around the area.
Environmental Policy
We are lucky to live in what we consider one of the loveliest parts of England. We are therefore committed to protecting our local environment and conserving energy.
We ourselves recycle glass, tins, newspapers, cardboard and plastic bottles. We would like to encourage guests to recycle and conserve energy also. Where possible we use low energy light bulbs.
In order to help protect our rivers and beautiful coastline, towels and bedding are changed every 3 to 4 days for long stay guests. More frequent changes are available on request.
