Pictor Solutions is a small and specialist consultancy partnership that helps professional services organizations get the most out of their consultants by helping them deliver quality repeatable services solutions to their customers.

Pictor Solutions takes the approach that services solutions should be easily and consistently marketed, sold, delivered and supported. In order to achieve this, services solutions need to be carefully positioned, planned and consulting offerings created with the delivery material needed to allow a consistently high level of execution.

By “productizing” the development and delivery of professional services and by focusing on the people, process and  technology aspects, we believe that any professional services organization should be able to consistently deliver valuable services to their clients, services that are aligned with their clients business goals, after all IT should play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing core business processes.
