The Pixel Perfect™ graphics card allows
you to display your material in wide-screen landscape AND portrait modes
on plasma display panels (PDPs), LCDs, projectors and CRTs in 'pixel perfect'
resolutions - WITHOUT any performance reduction!
Pixel Perfect uses the new DeltaChrome™ S8 Graphics Processor Unit from
S3 Graphics - a 128-bit 2D and 3D graphics processor that delivers stunning
3D effects and top-end 2D performance including full scene anti-aliasing
and alpha blending.

The new Pixel Perfect card boasts 256MB of high performance DDR memory and dual-head capabilities for Windows 2000 and XP. Analogue (VGA) and digital (DVI-I) outputs drive all current makes and models of professional displays. Analogue HDTV output is also available to drive the new generation of high definition compatible displays.
Multi-display screen rotation control

On Windows XP the Pixel Perfect Display Manager is now able to control 2 separate displays each of which may be running at different resolutions and orientations (portrait or landscape). In addition it is possible to mix wide-screen and standard 4:3 resolutions and even support panels from several manufacturers requiring different timing specifications simultaneously. Individual control for orbiter and burn reduction features is also supported.

Orbiter and Burn Reduction software for Pixel Perfect Display Manager
Orbiter helps prevent and reduce Image Retention and Phosphor burn on Plasma Display Panels by slowly shifting the image around the display. This allows pixel elements to be rested or show a different colour periodically. Applications showing static text or images will cause less wear or aging to the Plasma Display when Orbiter is enabled. The life of the display can therefore be extended.

If the nature of the application and displayed images is such that it is not possible to prevent Image Retention or Phosphor burn then the Burn Reduction control can be used to reduce the impact of display degradation. This works by exercising all pixels to an equal degree thus minimising the visible difference between screen areas affected by 'burn-in' and those lesser used areas of the screen. The scheduler facility allows the Burn Reduction procedure to be setup once and thereafter run at the specified intervals without further user intervention.
Used and recommended by Samsung, Pioneer, Fujitsu, NEC, JVC, Panasonic and many other display manufacturers
