How do we sort out the exact details OF the gig?

We do most of it by email. It’s usually a three step process - we send emails to you when you are pencilled, then when you are confirmed, and finally once the whole bill is complete we send an email contract plus a set of terms and conditions which cover everything you will need to know about the show. The most important thing about this is to make sure you read through it thoroughly.
