Following in a long tradition of acoustic balladeers, Vincent Treacey is an emotive, introspective singer/songwriter whose songs combine poignancy and beauty with astute observation. His music reflects equally his Irish ancestry and his Hampshire childhood, with whimsical romantic imagery sitting side-by-side with mundane domestic scenery. In tandem with his fellow guitarist Drew Lawery, Vincent is an engaging performer whose soaring vocals glide above and within the guitar accompaniment.
