Copyright and Terms

• Pictures may be ordered from us by mail, fax, phone or e-mail and we pride ourselves in our rapid turnaround time. Our full terms and conditions are listed on our Delivery Note but below is a short synopsis of major clauses.
• Pictures are supplied on LOAN to commercial customers only. Clients may purchase one time non-exclusive rights for use of a picture but all pictures remain the copyright of the photographer and must be returned to Premaphotos.
• A non-refundable service fee (15GBP for up to 100 pictures) to cover administration costs and despatch of pictures is normally charged. The client shall pay for courier, express or any other special delivery arrangement requested.
• You may hold our pictures for one month but this may be extended on request.
• Risk in and responsibility for pictures passes to the Client from the time they are received until their safe return.
• The Client shall be liable to pay Premaphotos compensation in respect of each picture lost or damaged. Unless a different figure has been previously agreed in writing such compensation shall be 500GBP for each original transparency lost or damaged and 50GBP for each duplicate. Payment of compensation does not give rise to any rights in any picture.
• Electronic use, storage or transmission of images is forbidden without the express written permission of Premaphotos.
• Pictures shall not be copied, on-loaned or otherwise disposed of and no use whatsoever shall be made of them by the Client without prior written consent of Premaphotos, nor shall the image be altered or manipulated, added to, or have any part deleted without the prior written consent of Premaphotos.
