Pugh's Piglets Large Porchetta is usually delivered in 2 pieces. The rolls are strung and netted ready for the oven. They can be ordered in all styles of infusions as the Porchetta Medallions. They are used to great effect at barbecues, weddings, buffets and on any carvery. Each roll usually weighs around 6 - 7 kg.

Pugh's Large Porchetta rolls can be cooked in the oven as a roasting joint, barbecued or as in the picture right, smoked on a smoker barbecue.

Whole Head On Spit Roast Porchetta

The large Porchetta can also be delivered whole with the head and tail still on. This is used instead of a hog roast and has the huge advantage for chef's who require an easy to carve dish. This product contains no bones and has very little waste; also due to the product being completely boned and rolled it can also be lined with any of our usual infusions (as per Porchetta Medallions)

If you require the porchetta to be placed on a spit, arrange delivery to us before production and we can build the pig round the spit ready for you to use on your equipment. (Please contact to check size and dimensions of the porchetta)
