Fill out the form with your details

The attendant will take a picture of you to be attached to your form

A £5.00 deposit is required for the new card

The attendant will then add your required amount of credit to the card

Your card is now ready for use in the Cycle Park

1. Swipe your card against the door reader to enter the Cycle Park (if built in a compound)

2. Once inside the Cycle Park, insert your card into one of the four coloured consoles, this will allocate you a lock number

3. Place your bike in the allocated lock and push the steel pin across the bicycle frame to lock the stand

4. When ready to leave the Cycle Park, push the door release button to open the exit (if built in a compound)

1. When returning to unlock your bicycle, swipe your card against the door reader to enter the Cycle Park (if built in a compound)

2. Once inside the Cycle Park, to release your bicycle, insert your card into your coloured console

3. Remove your bicycle out of the stand (leaving the steel pin open for the next customer)

4. Leave the Cycle Park
