The CHOICES NetworkCalendar of Events
On 11th November 2006 we held a construction skills taster day at the Opportunities Centre in Rugby. The event was arranged by our senior development worker, Vicki Jones. All attendees have a thoroughly enjoyable day up to their knees in cement and plaster. Pictures of this event are available in the photo gallery.
On 18th January 2007, we held an event to launch our new web site at Bath Place Community Venture, Leamington Spa. 13 people attended from 8 different member organisations. If there is anything you would like to see on the website please contact us.
On 14 March 2007, we held a childcare taster session at the Leamington Children's Centre. 11 people came along. We had talks from a childminder, a community nursery nurse and a teaching assistant. there was also the chance to have a go at making origami bunnies and play dough!
