A number of Glasgow's Atlanteans have gone on to be used as Driver Training vehicles. New in 1980, this example was used in passenger service until 1997 when converted into a training bus. After three years in this role it was purchased for preservation. The bus will remain as a Trainer until parts can be sourced to restore the cab door and screen and replace the destination screen fittings.
