1959 Leyland Titan PD2/24, Alexander H33/28R [GCT Towing wagon]
As tramcar replacements, 300 rear entrance Leyland Titan PD2s were placed in service
by Glasgow Corporation in the late 1950s and early 1960s. This vehicle was new in 1959 and converted into a recovery wagon, together with 11 similar
vehicles in 1970. It was used in this role until the mid 1980s. It is currently registered GSV580.
