Mortgage Brokers Fee
Some mortgage brokers charge fees to help you arrange the mortgage, they usually also receive a fee from the lender once the mortgage completes.

At Stuart Brown Mortgage Services we believe in providing a good service and relying purely upon the fee received from the lender so that we can cover our costs in running our business. For this reason we will not normally charge a fee for our service. As a result of this we are much more reliant on referrals from our clients and recommendations. We sincerely hope that once you have taken advantage of our service you will happily recommend us to friends, family and colleagues.

The Financial Services Authority (the organisation that regulates Mortgage Advice) dictates, however, that we must offer our clients the option of paying us a fee to prove our independent status. If, therefore you would prefer to pay us a fee then this option is also available to you.
