To qualify as a Regular user, the hirer must book quarterly or more frequently

The morning and afternoon session price is the minimum charge for up to 3 hours rental.
Additional time will be charged at an hourly rate.

Morning session between 09:00 and 12:00
Afternoon session between 12:00 and 18:00
Evening bookings per hour from 18:00 to 23:30

These rates apply to new bookings taken from 1st April 2009
