This page will list the rowing and social events diary along with the names of people requested to be Beach Master and assistant Beach Masters on club rowing days. If you are unable to perform you role on the day please be sure to organise your replacement. Beach master and their assistants are required to maintain the safety of the club rowers.

Following on from the great success of Saturday booked rows in 2008/2009 winter season we have decided to organise a series of Saturday Rows for the 2009/2010 winter season.

If you wish to take part it is YOUR responsibility to book you place in a boat with the designated beach master ( in the list above).

The format will be as last year...

  • Book your place
  • Turn up at the appointed time
  • Bring warm gear, tea, coffee, biscuits etc
  • Expect t be out rowing for a couple of hours at least possibly longer.

The destination listed in the table is only provisional and may change depending on weather conditions. The beach master will decide on the day or if the weather forecast is bad call off the row and call you to let you know.
