1)   From the start/Finish line head for the scaffold tower.  (To the right of the red boat in the first pictures)

2)    Keeping the scaffold tower on your left turn LEFT at the scaffold tower.

3)    Head for the stern of the white boat (or its buoy) keeping it on your right.

4)    Keep the line of moored boats and orange mooring buoys on your RIGHT and row to the last orange buoy or boat moored to it!

5)    When you reach the end of the line of orange mooring buoys and boats turn RIGHT keep the mud bank cardinal marker and the green channel marker to your right hand side.

6)    Keep the  RED channel markers on your left &    GREEN channel markers on your right

7)    When you reach the third & last RED channel marker you may turn left and head for the scaffold tower again.   BEWARE:  As the tide falls you will need to keep a weather eye for the mud bank, just by the third marker, which will appear to the left of your course!!

8)    When you reach the scaffold tower keep it on your right and turn RIGHT to head for the finish line!

9)    After passing the finish line stop quickly as the will be limited water as the tide drops!

10) When you reach the beach disembark as quickly as possible.
