AEROBICS CLUB
The class is taken by Margaret Smith, a trained instructor, and consists of a warm up, aerobic exercises and toning. You work at a pace to suit yourself and all ages are welcome.
Please bring an exercise mat.
The class is on a Monday evening, meeting at the east door of the Church at 5.55 pm. The cost is £3 per evening.

LINE DANCING
The class is taken by Claire Gallagher, who is a trained and enthusiastic instructor, and it consists of a mixture of new and previously taught dances. The class is for all ages and no uniform or outfit is required!!
The class meets on a Monday evening in the church hall, from 7.30 to 9.00 pm, and the cost is £2.50 per evening.
Please come and join us: you will be made most welcome.
BADMINTON CLUB (Ladies)
The ladies badminton club meets in the church hall on a Tuesday evening and is open to all ages. New members will be welcome.
