BALE & WRAP

We have a New Holland BB9060 rotary chopper baler. This was chosen for its pre chamber, wide rota, good knife access and strong pick up.

The mini-hesston bales (80x90) can weigh upto 750kgs, approx 100kgs of that is down to the grass being chopped.

We continue to use our McHale 998 for wrapping – an expensive but superb bit of machinery. This is also able to static wrap which some customers have requested. We only use top quality wrap with at least of 6 layers and we can also apply additive.

Not only do we bale and wrap but we can offer the complete service from mowing (using front and rear John Deere mowers) to tedding and raking in. We also offer a full carting service plus we also have two nippers which we often hire out for stacking silage bales. STRAW The BB9060 baler also is used for straw baling - we also run a BB980 Hesston baler . Again we offer a carting & stacking service.
