Today is the festival of Christ the King – and the launch of our
Stewardship Campaign. Please be sure to collect a copy of our special
bulletin.
Letters at the back for many Church volunteers as we complete the
requirements for the protection of young people and vulnerable adults.
Thanks for your patience with abiding with the new guidance. Please
get the forms filled in and back as soon as possible.
Quiz Evening – Saturday 28th November in the St Mary’s Millennium
Centre. In aid of our mission link with Trinita in Kolkatta. A great
evening with great prizes – all ages welcome. Tickets available today.

Street Pastors Meeting – all those interested are warmly invited
to a special meeting to find out more about how a Street Pastors
project might operate in West Derby at West Derby Evangelical
Church 8pm on Weds 2nd December. Men and women volunteers will
be needed.

available via CAFOD departs Christ the King Childwall at
530am cost £20. Join the 6 from St Mary’s who are going
St Mary’s Boys Brigade is being set up jointly between
St Mary’s and St Christopher’s (Norris Green). This is an
exciting opportunity to for you to assist us at a time
when the BB is enjoying resurgence in Liverpool and
throughout the UK. If you are interested or would like more
information about the BB or the format of the new company,

St Mary's - We are looking for people to take the Offertory
each Sunday. We would like to give everybody a chance if they
wish. You may wish to take the Offertory with a friend or family
member. Please let a warden on duty know if you would like to
take part.
St Mary’s Hymn Books – We are currently considering setting
an additional hymn book – which would have most of the traditional
hymns and some of the new and children’s hymns. There are a few
specimen copies (on loan) at the back of the church so please have
a look and let one of the clergy know what you think.
St James – Autumn Fair – 21 November – 11am Helpers wanted, we
also would like any unwanted gifts, books, bric-a-brac, bottles,
anything that will make the fair a success. Stall Holders are
needed for all saleable goods. There will be a dance demonstration
