JULIAN MILNE BLE MRICS – MANAGING DIRECTOR
He is a graduate of Aberdeen University. He joined Stow in 2006 from Grosvenor, the international property group, where he was UK Commercial Investment Director responsible for commercial property investment. He joined Grosvenor in 1983 and during his time with them held a number of other senior positions including Joint London Estate Director with responsibility for their Mayfair and Belgravia portfolios. He is a chartered surveyor and trained with property consultants Gerald Eve. He is a member of the Council of the Westminster Property Owners Association and a member of the Commercial Committee of the BPF. TONY MAINEE ACA - FINANCE DIRECTORHe has been involved in and responsible for Financial Accounting, and more recently Property Finance, in listed and unlisted UK property companies for over 15 years. He has been at Stow since 1991, except for a brief interval between 1997 and 2002, where he was Director of Special projects at Delancey Estates plc, responsible for the financing and interest rate hedging of property acquisitions for Delancey and its clients. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 to become a member of the ICAEW. MARTIN RICHER FCA – COMPANY SECRETARYHe has had senior Finance and Management positions in the UK, Middle East and South East Asia and was the Management Consultancy Partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants in UK. JEFFREY GREENWOOD M.A., LL.M – ADVISORHe is a solicitor and a graduate of the University of Cambridge. He was the Senior Partner of Nabarro Nathanson from 1987 to 1995 and specialised in real property law. He has advised many of the leading UK property companies. WENDELL HARRIS B.A, FCA – ADVISORHe is a graduate of the University of Sussex. He was until recently Managing Director and Real Estate Sector Head of HSBC responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa for the Corporate, Investment Banking and Markets division. He is a Chartered Accountant who joined HSBC in 1986 from the National Bank of Kuwait S.A.K. where he was Executive Director of its UK real estate business. SIMON ELLIOT – ADVISORHe is a graduate of the McGill University of Montreal with an Economics degree and was recently a director of British Mediterranean Airways Limited. He is on the Board of directors of many companies involved in construction, development and property.
