• Information. We make provision for you to receive a service specific induction before starting a new assignment.
• Supervision and support. We will provide you with regular opportunities for discussion and feedback about your assignments, training needs and development. If you decide to leave us to take up a permanent position we will help and support you with the transition.
• Involvement. As a community owned company you will be invited to become a Member and share in the ownership. You can have your say on what the company does and how it does it.
