Brokerage Launch

Support Horizons has launched a pilot Support Brokerage Project for Wokingham Borough Council. The project promotes self directed support for people with learning difficulties, enabling them to have more control over their lives through the use of individual budgets. Support Horizons has successfully recruited a Support Broker who will help people with learning disabilities plan how to spend their individual budget and choose their support.
