Emma Bayliss
Emma started working for people with learning disabilities about 4 years ago as a senior support working in a residential home for people with severe and challenging behaviour.
After that Emma started working for Wokingham Borough Council as a Housing Project Worker where she helped source future housing options for people needing to move-on. She did this for about 18 months and was successful in helping many people move.
Emma has completed a recognised brokerage course
She is studying for a Psychology degree in her spare time with a view to eventually doing a Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology.

Szines Dombay
Szines has been working as a support broker for 2 years and has gained a great deal of experience during this time in providing plans for individuals.
Szines has completed a recognised brokerage course.
