Support Horizons at the Community Care Awards

Support Horizons was runner up in the Learning Disability category at this years Community Care Awards. The awards were presented by Tony Robinson at a high profile ceremony in London.

Tim, Jason, Lee, Peter and Vic represented the company on the day. Tim said 'Our nomination was very satisfying, it showed how partnership projects like ours can succeed'.
