We offer temporary support workers to service providers and individuals within the social care sector. Our workers are available for short or long term bookings within the Berkshire area. All our workers are fully vetted and checked with the Criminal Records Bureau. We ensure that our workers receive thorough induction training covering the basic skills, values and knowledge required to work in the sector. Support Horizons provides continuous support to the workers supplied through regular feedback and supervision sessions.

We believe that using temporary agency staff can, and should, be a positive experience for people being supported. We match workers to service and person specifications and will endeavour to maintain consistency of workers within placements. Support Horizons provides an agreement of responsibilities for the workers it provides to ensure good practice and a high standard of support for the people who use our services. Our business is based on the principles of co–operation and communication; we see ourselves as working in partnership with our clients to provide a high quality care and support service.
